EVAFORCE INTERLAYER is an innovative EVA copolymer-base material, as a thermo-set interlayer for laminated glass industry with excellent optical properties, superior long term durability and open-edge stability.
ETHYLENE VINYLACETATE (EVA)
An environmentally friendly copolymer based on Ethylene and Vinyl Acetate monomer.
The material is engineered for ease of use and handling without interlayer blockage. It is available in various widths to match different applications and is suitable in glass-to-glass and decorative interlayer insertion applications both in the nipper-roll/autoclave and vacuum bag process. The production facilities are located in a class 100,000 clean room with tightly controlled procedures to ensure consistent quality.
EVAFORCE INTERLAYER is a series of high performance cross-linking EVA interlayer with a wide range of applications.
Laminated safety glass
Noise, UV reduction
Decoration and design
Construction and architecture
Processing : With its high flexibility in laminating conditions and non-sticky characteristic, EVAFORCE INTERLAYER can be processed easily with
high productivity for both the nipper-roll/autoclave and vacuum bag process at 125 – 150oC
Handling and storage : EVAFORCE INTERLAYER exhibits excellent moisture resistance and can be stored under standard conditions at room temperature (No excessive moisture and light exposure).
Reliability : Due to its outstanding adhesive strength to glass, excellent durability against heat, moisture and UV radiation, EVAFOCE INTERLAYER offers very good long term durability under severe environment and outdoor exposure.

Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) film and Polyvinyl Butyral (PVB) film are two different polymer materials that can be used for glass laminated structures. PVB has been the reference material for the glass lamination on building construction and transportation industries for many years. EVA is challenging current PVB as a laminated material because of some advantageous properties. In fact is a good material also for such type of applications, and is able to fulfill all the key properties that are required to PVB today. Not just that, it is also able to overcome some of the drawbacks of the PVB, outperforming PVB.
